Common Questions
How does the first visit work?
The first visit is dedicated to diagnosis: a survey of the system, technical meetings with the operational team and sample collection. From there, we begin the analysis and prepare the technical report.
Does Kakama Wera recommend or sell chemical products?
No. We operate as independent consultants: we technically specify the treatment program and guide the client in selecting and evaluating suppliers. We do not sell products.
Where do you operate?
We serve industrial plants throughout Brazil and Latin America. There are no geographic restrictions: service can be provided on-site, with the consultant traveling to the plant, or remotely for steps that don't require physical presence.
How is the confidentiality of information ensured?
One of our core values is professional ethics: absolute confidentiality of each client's operational and strategic information across every project. This is formalized at the start of every contract.
